Centara Avenue is a new development located right in the heart of Central Pattaya which was fully opened at the end of 2016.
The project consists of 380 condominium units together with a 100 room four-star hotel which is operated under the Centara brand – the largest upmarket hotel brand in Thailand.

All of Pattaya's major attractions are within easy walking distance of Centara Avenue.  The beach is less than five minutes from here.
